Job DescriptionIn this role, you will lead a technical team of engineers on a development program. You and your team will be responsible for some or all of system architecture, managing system and configuration item requirements, system design and integration, and verification and qualification testing. You will explore innovative applications of modeling and AI. Throughout the Systems Engineering V-Model, you will work with cross-functional teams - including BAE Systems employees, contractors, and military service customers - to drive innovation and deliver high-quality performance.

Required Skills and Education- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field, and 10 years of related/relevant work or a Master's Degree and 8 years of related/relevant work
- Experience with DOORS
- Experience in an electronic lab including the use of commercial test equipment
- Knowledge of Requirements and their purpose in systems engineering
- Experience with the entire product development process including:
- System architecture, requirements, test procedure development, system integration and requirement verification and validation
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and work in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Skills and Education- Currently hold an active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
- Experienced / trained in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) preferably Cameo/SysML
- Proven use and understanding of system engineering concepts
- Experience across the entire product development process
- Including Architecture, requirements, test procedure development, system integration and requirement verification and validation
- Experience developing test procedures and troubleshooting in a digital and Radio Frequency (RF) electronics lab environment, and potentially at customer domestic and international sites.
- Cost Account Manager (CAM) training or experience
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Literacy
