Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience or Master's degree with 5+ years in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• DoD Secret Clearance required, with preference for Top Secret Clearance.
• Familiarity with military technology, especially radar or sensor packages, and technical documentation is beneficial.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills needed for collaboration with diverse government agencies.
• Strong initiative and organizational skills to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering tasks including system and subsystem design reviews and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs).
• Assist in requirements development and program documentation for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center.
• Integrate and manage risks, schedules, and milestones for ICBM programs including coordination with the Integrated Master Schedule.
• Develop briefings, program plans, and performance measures independently for technical programs.
• Conduct assessments related to production, verification, validation, and maintenance throughout the ICBM program life cycle.
• Perform reliability analyses and coordinate design and test efforts with industry.
