When you join our engineering group, you will be an integrated team member collaborating with Systems, Software, and Test engineers in one or more of the phases of the hardware design cycle. These roles will be supporting engineering development, integration, test and transition to production efforts on complex electronic modules.

Job Description
We are looking for talented Electrical, Digital, Test and Power Supply Engineers (4+ years' experience) to help us create the world's most advanced solutions in the area such as Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Aircraft Protection, Radar Warning and Electronic Attack for our defense related customers. Job Responsibilities:
Digital Design Engineer:
Typical duties and skills include (for Digital Engineer position)
  • Assist in translating system requirements into compliant complex printed board assembly designs.
  • Competence in digital/analog/mixed signal electronics fundamentals and interface/communication standards
  • The ability to follow a design process and conduct design / peer reviews.
  • Be able to use Schematic Capture tools and be familiar with the layout tools.
  • Develop layout guidelines, participate in the PCB layout and have the ability to use Power and Signal integrity tools.
  • Lead/Mentor a team of junior engineers.
  • Test and troubleshooting of sub-assemblies, working in a lab environment.
  • Provide support to Systems Engineering at the next level.
  • Interface with other Engineering disciplines, Operations, Quality and other supporting functions to drive defect resolution to root cause.
  • Generate and implement improvements in product and test design and methodologies to reduce cost, increase yield and improve throughput.
  • Generate and review the technical content of test procedures, drawings, engineering specifications, reports, Engineering Change Orders and other documentation.
  • Understand the importance of Cost Management and maintaining Budget and schedule.

Power Supply Engineer
Typical duties and skills include:
  • Experienced in the design, analysis and testing of AC/DC and DC/DC converters for military and aerospace applications.
  • Experience in High Voltage applications and design is preferred
  • Assist in translating system requirements into compliant complex power designs.
  • Development of switching power converters with up to 500 Watts output power and varied output voltages.
  • Be proficient in the areas of control circuits, EMI filter and magnetics design, parts selection, developing and executing test procedures and anomaly resolution.
  • Familiarity with Military Standards 461, 704, 1275 and 1399
  • The ability to follow a design process and conduct design / peer reviews.
  • Be able to use Schematic Capture tools and be familiar with the layout tools.
  • Develop layout guidelines, participate in the PCB layout and have the ability to use Power and Signal integrity tools.
  • Lead/Mentor a team of junior engineers.
  • Support test and troubleshooting of systems, modules and sub-assemblies of power supply modules.
  • Interface with other Engineering disciplines, Operations, Quality and other supporting functions to drive defect resolution to root cause.

Test Engineer:
Typical duties and skills include:
  • Assist in translating system requirements into compliant complex Test Solutions, that include Test Stations and Integrated Test Adapters (ITAs).
  • Understand the needs of Operations / Production.
  • Experience with RF principles and test methodologies.
  • The ability to perform high-volume RF testing using advanced test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
  • Experience with testing and troubleshooting RF and Microwave component/subsystem such as up-converters, down converters, power amplifiers, waveform generators, RF modulators, and limiters.
  • Collaboration with other Engineering disciplines in the design of Test Solutions.
  • Use and integrate commercial Test Equipment into Test Stations.
  • Have the ability to design Test Cards (CCA's) within ITA's.
  • Design Cabling and Harnessing.
  • Be able to use Schematic Capture tools.
  • The ability to follow a design process and conduct design / peer reviews.
  • Lead/Mentor a team of junior engineers.
  • Integrate Test and troubleshooting of Test Solutions, working in a lab environment.
  • Generate and review the technical content of test procedures, drawings, engineering specifications, reports, Engineering Change Orders and other documentation.
  • Understand the importance of Cost Management and maintaining Budget and schedule.

Required Skills and Education

  • A minimum of 4+ Years of experience in Electrical, Digital, Test or Power Supply Engineering or related fields.
