BAE Systems is looking for Software Engineers to work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test integration tools for EW Systems. Focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare (EW) solutions on a range of Programs, individual technical contributions will include software development, requirements development, integration & test, and test planning and execution in an engineering and deployment support environment. Responsibilities may include:
- Be Part of a team of Systems/Software Engineers on EW related programs
- Responsible for all system/software engineering content and work products
- Understanding and implementing the product development process
- Execution of tools planning and requirements development
- Creation and review of software requirements to include operational concepts
- Creating system test plans, procedures and reports
- Involved in product design, development, integration, and verification
This position will require you to be onsite in either Nashua, NH or Manchester, NH. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed
full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Skills and Education- Bachelor's Degree of Science (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum work experience of:
- Possess an Active US Government Secret security clearance (with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance)
- Experience in MATLAB/Python/Ruby/SQL/Web Development/C#
- Leadership skills and experience directing and mentoring engineers on complex programs
- Expert in effectively documenting, communicating and working with a team on designs, results, reports, and presentations.
- Experience performing systems/software engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test)
- Experience developing viable concept solutions, identifying and tracking technical risks
Preferred Skills and Education- Test Automation and working in a product integration lab.
- Project/Program team member responsible for workflow, which is dynamic in nature.
- Model based systems engineering experience with tools such as MagicDraw.
- Familiarity or experience with Agile Systems Engineering
- Active United States Top Secret/SCI security clearance
