Job DescriptionIn this role, you will manage system and configuration item requirements within DOORS, deriving requirements from specifications, allocating them to subsystems, and performing impact/traceability analyses. You will collaborate closely with system, architecture, design and verification teams to ensure system performance and that requirements are met. Additionally, you will contribute hands-on to system integration, verification and qualification activities. You will explore innovative applications of modeling and AI. Throughout the Systems Engineering V-Model, you will work with cross-functional teams - including BAE Systems employees, contractors, and military service customers - to drive innovation and deliver high-quality performance.

Required Skills and Education- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field, and 6 years of related/relevant work or a Master's Degree and 4 years of related/relevant work
- Experience with DOORS
- Experience in an electronic lab including the use of commercial test equipment
- Basic knowledge of Requirements and their purpose in systems engineering
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and work in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Skills and Education- Currently hold an active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
- Experienced / trained in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) preferably Cameo/SysML
- Proven use and understanding of system engineering concepts
- Experience across the entire product development process
- Including Architecture, requirements, test procedure development, system integration and requirement verification and validation
- Experience developing test procedures and troubleshooting in a digital and Radio Frequency (RF) electronics lab environment, and potentially at customer domestic and international sites.
- Cost Account Manager (CAM) training or experience
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Literacy
