Job DescriptionThe selected candidate is required to have multi-discipline knowledge across Digital, Analog and RF domains with experience in transitioning products from development to production. You will be working with production test solutions that validate complex CCA's and LRU's. Responsibilities include ensuring product performance and production throughput. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, test methodologies, and the ability to work with advanced test equipment and cutting-edge technology. You will collaborate closely with design engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute test plans, which includes the integration of test solutions, and providing detailed reports on test results. The candidate will be required to be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a passion for continuous improvement.

Typical duties assigned to this position:
- Employing your expertise, decision skills, and independent judgment for troubleshooting complex CCA's and LRU's in a production environment.
- To provide Test Station / Test solution support to maintain production throughput.
- Assist in the design and the development of test solutions to support high-volume production testing.
- The knowledge of the use of RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
- Collaborate with design engineers to identify and resolve design / testability issues early in the development process.
- Mentor and provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
- Analyze test data and provide detailed reports on performance, quality, and reliability.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and reliability.
- Document test procedures, results, and any issues encountered during testing.
- Assist in the development of new testing methodologies and best practices.
Required Skills and Education- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 6+ years (or 4+ years with MS EE) designing, testing, and troubleshooting high-reliability embedded systems
- Demonstrated understanding of electrical principles, test methodologies, and the ability to work with advanced test equipment and cutting-edge technology
- Demonstrated experience in a production environment
- Strong "hands-on" laboratory experience with instrumentation, equipment, and processes
- Eligible to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
Preferred Skills and Education- A background that includes Digital, mixed signal and RF with experience with testing and troubleshooting down to the component level.
- Basic knowledge of RF and Microwave component/subsystem such as up-converters, down converters, power amplifiers, waveform generators, RF modulators, and limiters.
- Experience with RF principles and test methodologies.
- Experience with automated test scripts and software tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Active DOD security clearance
