Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in energy control or electrical safety in mission-critical settings.
• In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and safety standards.
• Proven experience in developing and managing lockout/tagout (LOTO) programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of working independently in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology tools supporting safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Energy Control Program and LOTO Policy, overseeing planning and compliance.
• Support contractors to ensure adherence to safety standards and energy control requirements.
• Review energization plans and procedures for safe system activation.
• Investigate energy control incidents and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Coordinate energy management with ongoing installation and commissioning activities.
• Conduct audits of the Energy Control Program and manage compliance issues with contractors.
