Job DescriptionYou will be the Energy Manager - Level 4 for the Energy & Sustainability team which is responsible for developing and executing the strategic energy plan for the Marietta site.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Energy Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for leading energy-conservation projects, overseeing utility management, and integrating sustainability initiatives with facilities, plant engineering, and ESH teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain a site-wide energy-strategic plan, identifying projects, utilities, and resource-conservation opportunities.
- Manage project budgets, scopes, and schedules; coordinate with architecture/engineering firms to ensure designs meet codes and LM Aero quality standards.
- Oversee construction and installation inspections, verify conformance to drawings and specifications, and certify project completion.
- Implement post-project monitoring programs to measure energy savings and feed results into continuous-improvement cycles.
- Administer utility billing, track consumption metrics, and partner with ESH to support corporate "go-green" goals.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
