Job Description

ECS is seeking an Endpoint Management Technician [AUDS-U: Intune] - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard's mission-critical IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

Task 4 - Enterprise Operations Support - provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the RCC-ARNG Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain endpoint configuration baselines to ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies.
  • Deploy patches and distribute software across MECM, Intune, Linux, and hybrid device environments.
  • Validate and monitor patch compliance and remediation timelines to maintain operational performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve device configuration issues, documenting corrective actions for future reference.
  • Support the reporting and analysis of endpoint security posture, ensuring alignment with configuration management standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance endpoint management processes and tools.
  • Assist in the application of DoD STIGs across enterprise environments to maintain security compliance.
  • Manage Windows and RHEL servers, implementing Group Policy Objects (GPOs) as necessary.


Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Intermediate proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, SSCP
  • Education: Bachelors in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems administration and endpoint management.
  • Proven experience configuring SCCM/MECM for production patching and application management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage Windows and RHEL servers effectively.
  • Experience applying DoD STIGs to ensure compliance across enterprise environments.
