Job Description:
Job Summary

Responsible for providing advanced technical support and managing field service operations to ensure reliable end-user technology and infrastructure. Provides Tier 2/3 support, executes complex installations, upgrades, and lifecycle management. Mentors junior staff, contributes to knowledge documentation, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive service quality and efficiency.

Essential Functions
• Provides Tier 2/3 support for escalated incidents across hardware, software, and networks.
• Executes deployment, upgrade, and refresh projects in accordance with IT standards.
• Installs and maintains complex end-user devices, peripherals, and specialized equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves recurring/systemic issues, escalating to vendors as necessary.
• Documents technical procedures, solutions, and contributes to the knowledge base.
• Mentors and trains junior staff to enhance team skills and outcomes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and vendors to support integrated systems.
• Recommends process and service improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree

Experience Requirement: 5+ years of experience

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
