Full Job Description
The Town of Wellesley is seeking a skilled Endpoint & Communications Administrator to join its Information Technology Department and support the secure, reliable operation of endpoint devices and communications systems across municipal government.

This role is responsible for managing the Town's endpoint environment-including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software deployment, patch management, and endpoint security-as well as administering the Town's cloud-hosted VoIP and unified communications platform. The position plays a key role in maintaining cybersecurity, improving operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality technology services to Town departments.

The ideal candidate brings experience with endpoint management platforms, Microsoft technologies, cybersecurity best practices, and cloud-based communications systems, along with strong troubleshooting, customer service, and collaboration skills.

FY27 Salary Range: $82,849.50 - $111,846.83.
