Point Place Dental is looking for a compassionate and skilled Endodontist to join our well-established, growing practice in Stevens Point, WI. Your Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat complex dental pulp and root canal conditions.
  • Perform nonsurgical and surgical endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomies.
  • Evaluate dental radiographs, CBCT scans, and clinical findings to develop accurate treatment plans.
  • Manage dental pain, trauma-related injuries, and dental emergencies.
  • Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, risks, and aftercare.
  • Collaborate with referring general dentists and dental specialists to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and practice standards.
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and sterilization protocols.
  • Stay current with advancements in endodontic techniques, technologies, and evidence-based practices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities as required.

What We're Looking For:
  • D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Wisconsin
  • Certificate of Specialty in Endodontics
  • Board Certified by the American Association of Endodontics (AAE) preferred
  • Clinical proficiency in the use of Dental Operating Microscope or Surgical Operating Microscope

Current Patient Care Hours:
  • Monday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
