Salary:
$350,000 salary guarantee* in your first year

How You’ll Succeed
Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases of dental pulps and periapical tissues of teeth while maintaining the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism
Evaluate findings and prescribe methods of treatment to prevent loss of teeth and to restore teeth to function
Embrace a team-first mindset through collaboration to provide personalized, high-quality care.
Commitment to staying on top of innovative endodontic practices
Maintain affiliation with professional groups, dental associations and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the local community
Qualifications
Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Successful completion of an advanced education program in endodontics accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the ADA required
Specialty certificate
Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. The practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
* The Endo Guarantee is available to Endodontists during the first 12 months of employment (as extended in employer’s sole discretion) that have met the requirements of the guarantee. The requirements include, but are not limited to, the Endo must work a minimum of 192 days, attend training and development as directed by employer, and practice consistent with professional and ethical standards.
