Position:End-User/MRO Business Development Manager
Location:Industrial (RIND)
Responsibilities- Responsible for building and maintaining long-term, high-value relationships with our industrial end-user strategic accounts
- Oversee commercial/transactional/operational/accounting activities to ensure compliance and high-performance service
- Stimulate growth, increase profitability, drive innovative and scalable services/solutions
- Prepare and participate in internal and external business reviews tracking key performance indicators
- Develop and implement process/procedures, specifically the execution of each customer contract, to set standards for accountability, performance, and execution
- Maintain contractual records/documents, including but not limited to contracts, cost savings/total cost of ownership documents, risk mitigation evaluations, business reviews, KPIs, cost and price catalogs, special pricing agreements, etc.
- Identify primary technical and buying influences and develop a strategy to differentiate from the competition.
- Creating and executing a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds set sales goals.
- Championing Crawford's brand in the local community and assigned area.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
- Preferred candidate will have 5+ years of industry related experience.
- Proven track record of consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
- Passionate individual with a desire to succeed.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong time management and organizational skills.
- This position is responsible for high-level selling, including selling applications and solutions in the industrial and/or automation and control market.
- There is an emphasis on key and target account development, along with providing consultative solutions for Industrial MRO and OEM markets. This individual must be able to build relationships across an entire organizational spectrum and understand the business needs and goals at each level.
