What You Will Do:
We are currently searching for an Enclave Task Lead. The Enclave Task Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing technical and security aspects of enclave operations within federal IT environments. This role requires a strong background in cybersecurity, federal IT policies, and hands-on experience with a wide array of technologies. The Task Lead ensures compliance, leads task execution, and communicates effectively with stakeholders. This is a full-time onsite position supporting the NIH office in Bethesda, MD.
  • Lead and manage enclave-related tasks, ensuring alignment with federal IT and security standards.
  • Oversee technical and security matters across diverse technologies, network devices, hardware, and software.
  • Ensure adherence to federal IT policies, procedures, standards, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful task execution and delivery.
  • Provide clear and effective communication in both verbal and written formats.


What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience on federal IT projects.
  • A minimum of TWO (2) years of experience as a task lead on projects of comparable size and complexity.
  • Hold a current professional certification appropriate to cybersecurity leadership, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) from ISC2, Certifications from ISACA, or the SANS Institute
  • Proven experience successfully leading tasks within or for a federal agency or organization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrable and deep knowledge of Federal IT and security policies, procedures, standards, and methodologies.
  • Strong technical background in network devices, hardware, and software relevant to enclave operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
