The client is looking for an experienced Empyrean Benefits Administration Consultant with strong expertise in Plan Configuration and Feed Management to support benefits administration solutions.
The role involves configuring benefit plans, managing data integrations, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure successful client implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain benefit plans, eligibility rules, rates, coverage levels, and enrollment settings within the Empyrean platform.
Manage inbound and outbound data feeds, including file validation, data mapping, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
Support client implementations, system enhancements, testing, and production deployment activities.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective platform configurations.
