Role OverviewThis full-time, in-office position is ideal for an attorney with at least 2 years of litigation experience who is ready to take ownership of cases and develop their skills. Responsibilities include:
- Drafting pleadings, mediation briefs, demand letters, and managing written discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Handling law and motion practice
- Participating in mediations
- Assisting with trial preparation and strategy
A strong working knowledge of California civil procedure and employment law is required. Trial or second-chair experience is a plus
