Description
We are expanding our Kentucky practice and looking for an attorney who wants meaningful work, real responsibility, and the opportunity to build an exceptional litigation career. This is a remote position that may be performed from anywhere in Kentucky.
Our attorneys represent employees facing discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, FMLA violations, unpaid wages and overtime, and other serious workplace violations. These cases matter. Clients often come to us at one of the most difficult moments in their careers, and they need an attorney who will listen, think strategically, communicate clearly, and fight for them.
You will counsel clients. Make strategic decisions. Negotiate with opposing counsel. Take depositions. Draft and argue substantive motions. Prepare cases for trial.
And you will not be expected to figure it all out alone.
You'll work with experienced litigators who provide mentorship, feedback, strategy, and support while giving you the room to develop your own judgment and advocacy skills.
