The ideal candidate has employment law experience (either defense or plaintiff) and desires to counsel, represent, and defend employers in both transactionally and in litigation.
This attorney must live in SC.

Qualifications - J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the SC state bar (NC is a plus).
- Experience level: Associate 3-6 years employment law experience
- Exceptional writing, research, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently and collaborate within a team environment
