Job Summary

The Employee Relations Partner will provide end-to-end employee relations consultative support to frontline leadership and employees related to HR policies and procedures to ensure company practices are in compliance with applicable federal/ state laws. Additionally, this role may support company investigations and support continuous improvement activities.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

Under supervision from more senior ER Partners and leadership this role will:
  • Provide end-to-end employee relations consultative support to frontline leadership on performance concerns and routine misconduct violations for the independent contributor level.
  • Interprets, implements, and administers organization-wide human resource policies and processes.
  • Drafts clear and concise written communications to address employee concerns and accurately relay information regarding policies.
  • Resolve escalations from Employee Solution Center, or other departments, from employees.
  • Support employee communications related terminations, plant closures or workforce reductions.
  • Offer input into the design and revision of ER processes with continuous improvement mindset
  • May support senior members of the ER Organization with investigations.
  • Participate on cross function teams as an ER representative.
  • May assist in leading facilitation of an employee forums, such as 2C's or engage in culture planning sessions, as a resolute of employee relations concerns.

The minimum qualifications below apply to the Employee Relations Partner with increased requirements for Employee Relations Partner Sr. The final grade and compensation offered will be based on the successful candidate's education, experience, certifications and relevant skills.

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: Associates or Bachelor's degrees in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of HR generalist or Employee Relations experience; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR preferred
