Job Posting
This position serves as a trusted resource for employees and leadership, providing guidance and resolution on employee relations matters. Responsibilities include conducting workplace investigations; coordinating disciplinary actions and terminations; analyzing employee relations trends and exit interviews; and administering HR policies and compliance programs, including DOT, HIPAA, and drug testing requirements. The position also supports organizational culture, performance, succession planning, and the overall employee experience. The successful candidate must demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to effectively manage sensitive and complex workplace situations. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with major course work in human resources, public or business administration, organizational development or a related field of study, and four years of employee relations and compliance experience, as well as one year of supervisor or lead experience. An advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management or Employee and Labor Relations, and mediation / arbitration experience beneficial. A rsum must be submitted with the application.

PAY GRADE GG24 / FULL PAY RANGE $6,209 - $8,752 PER MONTH
