JOB DESCRIPTION

CAO provides Home Lending with innovative tools to better serve customers, guides employees through change and ensures successful adherence to core functions and regulatory requirements. CAO is the centralized utility responsible for managing business change, resolving escalated customer complaints, developing automated business solutions, executing program management, leading employee readiness, responding to employee feedback, ensuring proper fee treatments, processing vendor invoices and providing oversight and foundational support.

As an Employee Readiness Manager within Home Lending, you will have the opportunity to be embedded into an agile product team or support other major initiatives to ensure employees are properly prepared for changes to include, procedure changes, training, communications, system access and post implementation support. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Understand business strategy and processes owned by supported leaders

  • Champion employee impacts across all changes. 

  • Monitor Product Teams for changes, impacts to employees or opportunities for improvement

  • Serve as liaison between Organizational Effectiveness and Project/Product Teams

  • Perform change management functions, including, opening CRs on behalf of business, defining impacted business processes and artifacts, gapping and redlining procedures, engaging with the fulfillment team to finalize procedures and impacts, overseeing the change process, obtaining approvals

  • Engage Employee Readiness Communications to align messaging and execution

  • Lead employee readiness activities, including training, user access and post-implementation activities

  • Project manage the change process from intake through completion

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Customer centric and employee obsessed

  • Self-directed, with ability to perform with ambiguity or changing direction often, flexible

  • Proven strategic leadership experience, influencer who drives decision making

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Change Management process/functions and broad Home Lending business knowledge

  • Experience in a project manager role 

  • Ability to take complex content and scale into concise and crisp communication

  • Ability to switch context, quickly engage, get up to speed on a crisis and bring the appropriate business partners together to quickly communicate, gain approvals and engage senior leaders 

  • Data management, interpretation and analysis

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications and SharePoint 

  • Attention to detail – Focuses on small tasks, projects and processes while maintaining a clear view of the overall objectives
