Description

Independence (Cleveland/Akron), Ohio
Build Your Trial Career. Make a Difference.

From the start, you'll work directly with clients, develop litigation strategy, negotiate cases, take depositions, argue motions, and prepare cases for trial.

We represent employees who have been wrongfully terminated, discriminated against, sexually harassed, retaliated against, denied overtime, or refused protected leave. Every case gives you the opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life.

What You'll Gain
  • Immediate hands-on litigation experience
  • Direct client contact from day one
  • Mentorship from experienced trial attorneys
  • Meaningful courtroom opportunities
  • Advancement based on performance-not seniority
  • A collaborative, high-performing team
Who We're Looking For

We're seeking attorneys who are:
  • Passionate about helping employees
  • Strong communicators and advocates
  • Organized, driven, and self-motivated
  • Eager to develop litigation and trial skills
  • Ready to thrive in a fast-paced practice

Employment law experience is a plus, but not required. We value work ethic, judgment, and the desire to become an exceptional employment lawyer far more than prior experience.

If you're looking for meaningful work, rapid professional growth, and the chance to build a true litigation career, we'd love to hear from you.
