Your Role

This role supports Ascendiun and related activities within the Ascendiun Family of Companies, as appropriate. The Employee Listening & Experience team is responsible for delivering the Employee Listening program for the Ascendiun Family of Companies. The Employee Listening & Experience, Senior will report to the Senior Manager, Employee Listening and Experience. In this role you will lead key operational and analytical workstreams within our Engagement, Pulse, Lifecycle, and Onboarding programs to enable consistent, high-quality delivery across our Employee Listening and Experience programs.

Your work will help transform employee feedback into meaningful insights that inform leadership decisions, improve employee experiences, and shape how listening programs evolve across the Ascendiun Family of Companies. At the same time, you will drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational effectiveness, strengthen quality controls, and help scale a growing Employee Listening & Experience function.

Responsibilities

Your Work

In this role, you will:
  • Lead defined operational workstreams across annual engagement, pulse, lifecycle, and onboarding programs, coordinating activities, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder communications with increasing independence.
  • Own and continuously improve recurring operational processes, controls, documentation, and tracking, proactively identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen quality controls, and increase consistency, efficiency, and scalability across Employee Listening & Experience programs.
  • Prepare, validate, and analyze employee feedback data; develop recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards; and conduct quality reviews to ensure accurate, timely, and audience-appropriate deliverables.
  • Administer employee listening surveys and supporting systems, including survey configuration, employee data file management, reporting structures, access management, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform maintenance.
  • Manage stakeholder intake and intranet communications; respond to operational and data requests from partners; and translate business needs into clear reporting, analysis, process improvements, or program support solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across People & Engagement, Communications, Technology, Workplace Experience, and other business teams throughout the Ascendiun Family of Companies to support successful program execution, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain enablement materials and employee listening resources, including training content, toolkits, reference guides, intranet pages, FAQs, process documentation, and onboarding communications; provide coordination and logistical support for onboarding working groups and day-one activities across office locations.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Requires 5 years of prior relevant experience supporting employee listening, people analytics, HR operations, employee experience, survey research, or a comparable data- and operations-focused function.
  • Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Requires advanced knowledge of Employee Listening and Experience typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Practical knowledge of project management


Hybrid

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.

Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.

Physical Requirements:

Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork - Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of work day.
