- 5+ years of Human Resources or Employee Relations experience
- Experience conducting workplace investigations
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws including FMLA, FLSA, NLRA, ADA, and EEO regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel approximately 5-10%
Preferred- Experience supporting multi-state operations
- Experience utilizing HR Case Management systems
- Experience supporting unionized workforces
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Hospitality, food service, retail, or multi-unit experience
Key Responsibilities- Conduct employee relations investigations
- Partner with HR and operational leaders to resolve workplace concerns
- Provide guidance on employment policies and procedures
- Support the SpeakUp (employee hotline) reporting process and case resolution
- Monitor investigation trends and recommend proactive solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation within the HR Case Management system
- Develop and facilitate Employee Relations training
- Partner with Legal, Labor Relations, Security, and Risk Management on complex investigations
- Support audits of employee relations data
- Promote consistent application of company policies
- Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and workplace culture
