Job Description:

The Employee Experience & Insights Supervisor is responsible for supporting the development of employee experience and listening strategies by designing and administering internal research (e.g. surveys, interviews, focus groups), and leveraging advanced statistical methods and analytics to generate insights and guide people & culture initiatives. This position partners with stakeholders to understand talent trends and inform data-based decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in organizational research design.

Requirements
  • Must have a bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or be a current employee with a minimum of three years of UPS experience
  • Must live in the same geographical area as the job or be willing to self-relocate to the area
  • Must be willing and available to report to the corporate office in Atlanta on a hybrid basis
  • Must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Must have certification and/or work experience in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) psychology, Organizational Development (OD), organizational behavior, HR Management (HRM) or a related field
  • Possesses experience with strategic, critical-thinking work and collaboration with global project teams
  • Demonstrates ability to influence, partner and develop productive relationships with HR leaders and other parties to achieve necessary goals
  • Displays executive presence to interact easily across all levels within the organization
  • Possesses excellent financial/business acumen and analytical abilities
  • Demonstrates ability to work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines
  • Possesses strong planning, organization, delegation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated level of specialization in relevant field
  • Demonstrated self-starter with a proactive and inquisitive nature who can anticipate and pre-empt problems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


Preferences
  • HR Information Systems experience preferred, Workday a plus
  • Ability to use data-manipulation and visualization tools, such as MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables); proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools preferred
  • Advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) psychology or related field
