This role serves as the primary Employee Experience partner for leaders and employees across the Fargo, Bismarck, and Bemidji regions, supporting a broad portfolio of Employee Experience programs including recognition, wellbeing, retention, employee listening, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

This position offers flexibility to work remotely or from a Sanford Health location. Opportunities may exist to travel to assigned markets throughout the year in support of relationship building, collaboration, and Employee Experience initiatives.

This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys building relationships, consulting with leaders, utilizing data to identify opportunities, and influencing the employee experience across multiple business areas. Successful candidates will be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on implementation and collaborating across a broad portfolio of Employee Experience programs.

Summary
The Employee Experience Advisor acts in an informative and consultative capacity to apply and advance employee experience programs, activities, plans and strategy. Supports employee experience programs and projects, utilizing Center of Excellence (COE) methodologies, processes, and tools adapting to market or function needs and environments. Guides the execution of an enterprise wide strategy aimed at delivering an exceptional employee experience across all aspects of the employee life cycle within assigned markets.

Job Description
This position will serve as the first point of contact between internal partners and stakeholders within the assigned markets regarding employee experience initiatives and issues; escalate issues to relative department or leadership as required; advise leaders in assigned markets on opportunities to enhance the employee experience.

Works as an interdisciplinary team member in the provision of services; contributes to program development in conjunction with diverse groups, stakeholders/programs, system leaders, organizational networks, and provides innovative, progressive and evidenced-based solutions to positively impact employee engagement and workplace culture.

Applies a multidimensional approach to support employee experience, comprising elements of intellectual, physical, emotional, and occupational health, as well as an underlying emphasis on engagement, belonging and community.

Contributes to content creation and employee experience internal communications as well as applicable ServiceNow knowledge articles and job aids to ensure employee awareness, understanding of programs and products, and participation in events.

Acts as an advisor in the development and successful implementation of enterprise-wide, market and department initiatives and employee experience events.

Develops and deploys tools, surveys and metrics for assessing initiative adoption within assigned markets; identifying employee concerns, monitoring overall employee satisfaction and providing actionable insight from the data gathered.

May serve as the designated enterprise lead for assigned employee experience programs, projects, or initiatives. Responsible for coordinating program strategy, process enhancements, resource development, implementation planning, and enterprise best practices related to assigned areas.

Participates in cross-training, knowledge-sharing, and documentation activities to build proficiency across Employee Experience programs, systems, and processes. Maintains knowledge of programs outside assigned markets of responsibility to provide support, coverage, and continuity of service as business needs require. Serves as a backup resource for programs, projects, and market support areas and contributes to a collaborative team environment that promotes shared ownership and enterprise success.

Employee Experience programs include but are not limited to: Recognition and Award programs, Well-being initiatives and Employee Assistance Program, Employee Retention programming, Employee listening strategies including Employee Experience Surveys, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement strategies including Alumni Network

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field preferred. In lieu of degree, leadership may consider five years human resources experience.

Two years of experience in business, human resources or employee experience environment preferred. Experience in healthcare setting preferred. Experience in implementing employee experience initiatives preferred.

Experience building trust and credibility across diverse cultures and groups.
