Employee Engagement ManagerPosition Details:- This position will be Hybrid
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
- The hiring range for this role is typically between $78,000 and $84,000 annually, with the full range extending to $90,000 annually, based on experience, internal equity, and career progression
Primary Function:As the Employee Engagement Manager (EEM), you will oversee employee development, engagement, and performance management for Operations and/or Engineering teams. Key responsibilities include conducting reviews, holding regular 1:1s, and ensuring a positive work environment that promotes growth and retention. This role focuses on building and maintaining a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities:Employee Development & Performance Management- Conduct regular 1:1s focused on development, feedback, and career growth.
- Manage the complete performance review process, including documentation and development planning.
- Collaborate with the Director and Technical Leads to monitor and support the technical performance of the team, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and goals.
- Work closely with the Staffing Engagement Manager to provide performance feedback and ensure compliance with co-employment laws.
Onboarding & Training- Oversee systems access and training (e.g., Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OpenAir, Paycom).
- Coordinate workspace and resource requirements.
- Manage first-day procedures and ongoing site coordination.
- Coordinate necessary training programs.
- Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.
Employee Relations- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Work with Director and HR to lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Conduct all exit interviews and provide feedback to HR, the Executive Team, and Director.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and required certifications.
- Answer employee questions about policies and procedures.
Team Engagement & Development- Manage internal communications and team engagement initiatives.
- Support professional development programs and initiatives.
- Plan teambuilding events.
- Act as main point of contact for company event planning.
- Maintain and promote company culture and values, which includes participating in Culture Club.
Education and Experience: (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel management preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment law, co-employment regulations, and HR practices.
- Demonstrated experience in employee development and performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with training program development and implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, both within and outside one's own work group.

Work EnvironmentStandard office environment with normal office related conditions. Occasionally may be required to travel as required to other facilities, clients, or suppliers.
