EY is seeking a Emerging Technology Ecosystems Manager to manage the development and execution of high-impact collaborations across the tech landscape. In this role, you'll work with a strategically lean team at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and relationship management, supporting alliance and ecosystem transformative initiatives with leading technology providers, managing the day-to-day aspects of AI partnerships while working across multiple service lines and sectors. Your Key Responsibilities You'll be part of EY's Emerging Relationships team that sits under the Alliance and Ecosystems group, closely connected with our AI practice and CTO network, helping to accelerate the adoption of emerging technologies by supporting engagements with venture capital and early-stage startup. This position involves relationship management among diverse stakeholders, including technology providers, research institutions, and industry leaders. By facilitating knowledge sharing and resource exchange, you will aim to drive the development of cutting-edge technology solutions that address complex challenges. Additionally, you will be support the identification of emerging trends, aligning ecosystem initiatives with EY goals, and promoting best practices to ensure sustainable growth and competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving tech market. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Execute emerging tech ecosystem strategy and objectives - Facilitate top-to-top emerging tech alliance relationships and program management to mobilize on sales plans, craft joint opportunities and market activity, and drive action through internal and external organizations. - Drive results through disciplined, industrialized governance with clear accountability across Global level Service Line/practice, sectors, accounts/regions and Snowflake counterparts - Work with Go-to-Market Alliance Leadership to develop emerging tech business cases, use cases, opportunities and sales plans. - Drive compliance on emerging tech initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and best practices in data privacy and security, closely collaborating with Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function on formation efforts. - Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate Financial reporting, Emerging relationship impact/influence. - Activate new countries and regions ensuring proper governance is in place, e.g. supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence and enabling alliance contracts - Encourage and support R&D efforts by alliance partners to explore new emerging tech methodologies and applications that can benefit internal and external clients . - Contributes to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by contributing content, knowledge sharing, and market insights This role is based in the US, offering a mix of virtual work and regular coordination with team members globally. Some travel may be required. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. Learn more. - We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $165,700 to $328,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $198,900 to $372,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. - Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. - Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
