Guardian Veterinary is looking for someone that emits positive energy, conveys clear and concise messages in a friendly way, can think on one's feet, embodies the ability to be a calming force in a chaotic time, aptitude to follow the ebb and flow of the day and change course as necessary, while staying within the guidelines and demonstrates exceptional judgement.

Job Details:

  • Must have their own reliable transportation.
  • Compensation is commensurate to experience.
  • Open to FT, PT or PD/Relief.
  • Location is in Middletown, NY.


What you will bring to this role:

  • Love of animals and a passion to help and heal, first and foremost.
  • The desire to continually learn and grow.
  • Ideally one-year Rotating Internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery, plus at least one to two years of emergency work.
  • Must to open to working day, overnight, weekends and swing shifts.
  • Must be comfortable with minor surgical procedures.
