The Clinical Educator is responsible for providing orientation, education and training to the nursing staff in order to advance
clinical practices and improve patient outcomes by updating and improving standards of care. He/she actively engages staff with coaching and mentoring to advance care of patients, families, and patient populations. He/she, in collaboration with Department Managers, is responsible for evaluating educational programs, developing clinical policies and procedures and facilitating multi-disciplinary communication.
Requirements:Current California RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and MAB required. Five years of acute care experience required. Previous clinical
experience in ICU, ED or OR/PACU preferred. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required.
