Summary

CentraCare's Emergency Department is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver high-quality, direct patient care in our Western Region Emergency Departments in Long Prairie, Melrose, Paynesville and Sauk Centre. This role involves evaluating and treating patients of all ages in an acute care setting, utilizing advanced assessment skills while practicing within established protocols and regulatory standards.

APPs enjoy meaningful day-to-day clinical independence while collaborating closely with emergency physicians as part of a supportive, team-based environment. This is an excellent opportunity to practice at the top of your license and make a real impact in community-focused emergency departments.

Schedule
  • Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare Hospitals in Long Prairie, Melrose, Paynesville and Sauk Centre
  • Varying shifts (12 hrs., 16 hrs.), days/hours, and locations
  • This position will have shifts scheduled into the weekend and holiday rotations


Pay and Benefits
  • Salary range: $141,211.20 - $187,553.60 per year
    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
