EMERGENCY Medicine APP - Wilkes Regional Medical Center (WRMC) Wilkesboro, NCJoin Wake Forest Emergency Providers as an Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) in Monroe, North Carolina-part of Advocate Health, one of the largest nonprofit integrated health systems in the country.
Wake Forest Emergency Providers, affiliated with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Wake Forest School of Medicine, delivers high-quality emergency care across Hospital Emergency Departments and Free-Standing Emergency Departments throughout the Greater Charlotte Market and Central and Northwest North Carolina. Location: Wilkes Medical Center - 1370 W D St, North Wilkesboro, NC
100 bed community hospital. 30,000-33,000 annual patient visits in the ED. Proximity to Winston and Boone .

Staff: 10 physicians and 3 APPs
Role: "True Emergency Medicine" - Classic and cutting edge EM work with APPs fully integrated in the care teams.
Training: Depends on individual experience level
Licensure: Must have NC PA/NP license (NPs must be ENP boarded or eligible), BLS, ACLS before starting. Must obtain ATLS after starting eventually.
