Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience with embedded operating systems.

  • Experience with firmware, bootloaders, security, reliability, resource management, and servers.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in software/hardware integration, system bring-up, and diagnostics.
  • Experience with BIOS and Kernel.
  • Experience with computer architecture and hardware architecture, including ARM.
  • Experience with open source development or Open Compute Projects (OCP).

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the growth of our Platforms Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be a vital member of the technical leadership team, driving innovation and mentoring engineers to ensure that all engineering activities align with the broader business unit's objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing firmware development for our next-gen ARM SoCs and servers, as well as defining the long-term roadmap for the firmware team. You will handle the development, implementation, and maintenance of software projects, fostering a collaborative culture to deliver high-quality products.
