As the
Email Developer, CRM, you will own the hands-on technical build, dynamic coding, data integration, and deployment of automated donor journeys and campaign communications. Sitting within the Digital Experience team, you will act as the technical builder in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), translating strategic lifecycle blueprints into highly functional, personalized, and deliverable email experiences.
You will write dynamic code using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL to leverage data from Data360 and Health Cloud, ensuring precise audience targeting and personalized touchpoints for donors. You will collaborate closely with the Email Designer, strategy leaders, and cross-functional teams to build, QA, test, and deploy inbox-ready communications that drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
You will report to the
Senior Manager, CRM Lifecycle Strategy, with no direct reports.
Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Marketing Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on technical email development within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven proficiency with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
- Strong technical experience with SFMC Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
- Experience with SFMC Data Cloud integration and complex B2C audience segmentation preferred.
- Experience working within Jira for sprint planning and workflow management.
- Familiarity with email client rendering quirks, inbox deliverability factors, and accessibility best practices.
- Travel: Up to 30% as required.

The expected base pay for this position at hiring is $117,000 - $139,000/year. Please note this wage range reflects what CSL expects to pay for this position as of the time of this posting. Individual base pay for a successful candidate within this range is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors.
