In-House Timeshare Sales Representative to join our Hollywood Beach vacation ownership sales team.
If you're an experienced
timeshare or vacation ownership sales professional with an active Florida Real Estate License, this is an opportunity to join a strong In-House operation with an extremely competitive compensation plan.
Requirements
- Active Florida Real Estate License • Required
- Previous Timeshare or Vacation Ownership Sales experience
- In-House Sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven closing ability
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Professional, customer-focused approach
About the Position
As an In-House Sales Representative, you'll work directly with existing Capital Vacations owners to understand their vacation needs and present personalized solutions that enhance their vacation ownership experience.
We're looking for experienced closers who understand the vacation ownership industry and are ready to maximize their earning potential with a competitive compensation structure.
