Are you committed to empowering students and celebrating their progress? Special Education Teacher who values collaboration, innovation, and student achievement for the upcoming school year in Cincinnati, OH.

Position Overview:
  • Deliver specialized instruction and intervention services to elementary students with diverse learning needs through a combination of inclusive classroom support and small-group/individualized instruction.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs), using student data to drive instructional decisions and measure progress toward goals.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure students receive appropriate academic and behavioral supports.
  • Provide targeted interventions in foundational literacy and mathematics skills to help students access grade-level curriculum and achieve academic growth.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License (Mild/Moderate Educational Needs) or ability to obtain licensure before start date
  • Experience supporting students with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), Developmental Delays (DD), and other diverse learning needs (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and evidence-based literacy and math interventions
