REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior job related experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and marked relationship building character traits
• Ability to work as a team member with staff, parents and community
• Leadership skills with a strong emphasis on levering data to drive innovative instructional best practices

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages all school administrative functions, including but not limited to: staffing, facility maintenance and budget
• Facilitates communication between personnel, students and/or parents
• Represents school at community forums and school functions
• Innovates to foster an engaging learning environment and promote student achievement
• Supervises and evaluates personnel to monitor performance, professional growth and achievement of overall objectives
• Coordinates and chairs staff meetings and school activities
• Works with staff on student disciplinary issues and ensures adherence to district policies and education code
• Counsels students, parents/guardians and staff for the purpose of enhancing student's success in school

CONDITIONS:
• Salary - Placement on the certificated salary schedule based on education and years of experience
• Salary Range: $132,661 to $147,968
• Masters Degree Stipend $1,600/year or Doctorate Degree Stipend $2,500/year
• 90+ Units Post Bachelor's Degree $3,500/year
• 215 work days per school year
