Elementary School Assistant Principal
Full-time, Tenure Track, 10.5 - Month Position
Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Elementary level Assistant Principal. The ideal candidate will be an instructional leader focused on learning and student growth, providing our amazing students with challenging programs, and building a school culture of respect and collaboration. Key responsibilities include communication with students, staff, and the community, collaboration with the leadership team in the administration of the school in areas such as student safety, personnel, district policies/regulations, budgeting, school procedures, and disciplinary matters, as needed.
Requirements: NJ Principal Certificate and NJ residency are required. A Master's Degree and at least three (3) years of experience in an administrator level role is preferred.
Start Date: August 31, 2026
Compensation: $117,572. - 143,035. /yr. (MAA)
(Commensurate with experience)
