Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Principal's credential with classroom teaching experience.
• Proficient in supervising and evaluating staff and instructional programs.
• Knowledgeable in the University of Washington's CEL 5D+ framework or similar frameworks.
• Strong instructional background in curriculum alignment and assessment systems.
• Experience in analyzing assessment data effectively.
• Strong leadership skills that foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to facilitate communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Experience in budget development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the instructional and administrative functions of Kitsap Lake Elementary School.
• Supervise and evaluate teaching staff to enhance instructional quality.
• Implement curriculum aligned with state standards and instructional frameworks.
