Electronic Warfare Mission Expert The Opportunity: As a Joint Fires SME, you'll bring your strategic, tactical, and technical, expertise to work on projects for special operations missions. As an SME you will leverage your experience as a Conventional Joint Fires and Targeting Expert to contribute to the success of a multi-domain mission set. The planning and execution of tactical-level fires will be enhanced by your ability to coordinate and control tactical fires elements, perform post-strike combat effectiveness assessments, provide innovative solutions to complex problem sets, and make recommendations to operational planners based on your tactical experience. You'll work with other joint fires professionals to develop TTPs, and support and sustain a modeling and simulation capability for exercises conducted across the joint force You served your country as a seasoned warfighter-now, continue your mission with us. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the Department of Defense. You Have: • 8+ years of experience in electronic warfare, radio-frequency systems, and sensing, collection, and analysis capabilities • Experience applying EW and RF knowledge in high-risk, time-sensitive operational or mission environments • Knowledge of the joint targeting process • Ability to integrate EW and non-kinetic effects capabilities into joint, combined, or multi-domain operations and mission planning • TS/SCI clearance • HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: • Experience with special operations and maritime or Navy mission application • Experience with ISR mission or intelligence product support • Experience in a Joint Command or Service operations center • Knowledge of system integrations and interoperability • Knowledge of data science and analytics concepts • Knowledge of Signals Intelligence capabilities and Cyber Applications Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
