You will report directly to our
Quality Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our
Redmond, WA location.
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring compliance with quality standards, leading efforts in process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and reliability.

ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Drive quality improvements and culture throughout the facility by strict adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Material Review Board (MRB) processes, driving corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Conduct CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) investigations to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.
- Perform FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining manufacturing efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met.

QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE- 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience with PPAP, NCR/MRB, CAPA, and FMEA processes.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools, including statistical analysis software and quality improvement methodologies.
WE VALUE- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
- Experience in supplier quality management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
