Job Description/ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll take ownership of equipment reliability and performance across the facility-combining hands-on electrical and mechanical expertise with problem-solving and continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in minimizing downtime, optimizing systems, and helping shape a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm with some overtime
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems to maximize equipment reliability
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions that reduce downtime and improve plant performance
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs while interpreting schematics, ladder logic, and technical drawings
- Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate across teams to uphold SOPs and ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards
Qualifications/RequirementsRequired Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of relevant electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications- Associate's degree
- Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (programming, troubleshooting, and hardware)

The annual hourly range for this role is $32.40- $48.60. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
