Job Description/Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll take ownership of equipment reliability and performance across the facility—combining hands-on electrical and mechanical expertise with problem-solving and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in minimizing downtime, optimizing systems, and helping shape a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

 

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm with some overtime 

 

What You'll Do:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems to maximize equipment reliability
  • Diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions that reduce downtime and improve plant performance
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs while interpreting schematics, ladder logic, and technical drawings
  • Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate across teams to uphold SOPs and ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards
Qualifications/Requirements Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (programming, troubleshooting, and hardware)

The annual hourly range for this role is $32.40- $48.60. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
