About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled electromechanical engineer to join the AX8 development team. This role focuses on the design, evaluation, assembly, and testing of a 400V, 16 kW DC in-wheel motor specifically developed for the AX8 Electric UTV.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and optimize the design of DC in-wheel motors (400V, 16 kW).
  • Oversee the winding, potting, and assembly processes of the motor.
  • Test motor performance against design specifications, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and safety.
  • Collaborate with the broader engineering team to iterate and refine motor assembly and integration.
  • Provide guidance on materials, potting compounds, and manufacturing best practices.


Requirements
