What You'll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end integration of hardware subsystems, ensuring seamless interoperability between electrical, mechanical, and material components
  • Develop, refine, and optimize specialized manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Perform FEA simulations and engineering analyses to guide system architecture, fluid dynamics, structural design, and operational performance
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate material durability, process repeatability, and overall system performance
  • Design, assemble, and wire electro-mechanical test fixtures and data acquisition systems to evaluate prototype functionality
  • Translate high-level technical objectives into practical hardware solutions
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Hands-on experience integrating complex hardware systems involving mechanical, electrical, and material interfaces
  • Proven success building, scaling, and transitioning laboratory-scale assemblies into functional prototypes
  • Strong proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent and experience utilizing FEA tools for design optimization
  • Mechanical aptitude for designing, building, troubleshooting, and testing sophisticated hardware systems
  • Working knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals as applied to hardware integration and system validation
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to rapidly learn, master, and document specialized technical processes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative engineering environment
