What You'll Be Doing- Overseeing electrical maintenance and repair activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Leading and mentoring a team of electricians.
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues promptly.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
What Are We Looking For- Five (5) years electrical experience in a heavy industrial setting, supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in electrical systems and maintenance practices in a heavy industrial setting.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
