Title: Senior Electrical Superintendent - Owner's Representative

Position Summary:

Applied Digital is seeking a results-driven Owner's Rep Electrical Superintendent to monitor and provide expertise in mechanical construction operations on large-scale infrastructure projects. As a direct representative of the owner in a field support role, this role is responsible for monitoring field execution of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems while ensuring strict standards for safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all on-site electrical construction activities, including power distribution, grounding, lighting, and low-voltage systems
  • Supervise electrical subcontractors and field crews to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and per contract documents
  • Coordinate daily work plans, manpower, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Review electrical drawings, specifications, and installation methods
  • Collaborate with project managers, mechanical superintendents, and other trades
  • Conduct inspections, resolve field issues, and support commissioning activities
  • Enforce safety policies and participate in site safety meetings
  • Provide regular progress updates and field reports

Basic Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, including supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
  • Proven experience managing subcontractors and field crews

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data centers, power infrastructure, or large-scale industrial projects
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred)
  • Familiarity with NEC and local electrical codes
  • Experience supporting testing, commissioning, and turnover processes
