Job Description:

Choice Electric is looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations and help our project teams deliver safe, productive, well-planned electrical projects.

This role is for someone who sees the bigger picture. You won't just oversee today's work-you'll help make sure our teams have the people, information, materials, and leadership they need to succeed weeks and months ahead.

The Superintendent works closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and company leadership to keep projects moving, identify risks early, develop field leaders, and ensure our crews consistently deliver the level of work our customers expect from Choice Electric.

What We're Looking For
• Journeyman License Required (Masters Optional)
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Strong commercial electrical construction experience.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent, Foreman, or similar field leadership role.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction, sequencing, labor planning, and project schedules.
• Proven ability to lead and develop Foremen and field teams.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable reviewing labor budgets, productivity, schedules, and project performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers while maintaining clear field accountability.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, construction documents, and jobsite safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily leadership and support to Foremen and field teams across active projects.
• Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, productivity, quality, and safety.
• Review project schedules and 3-week look-aheads with Foremen and Project Managers.
• Plan and coordinate manpower across projects based on schedule, workload, and priorities.
• Monitor labor hours and productivity against project budgets and identify issues early.
• Coordinate upcoming material, equipment, inspection, and project needs.
• Hold field leaders accountable for planning, communication, productivity, and project execution.
• Reinforce and maintain Choice Electric's jobsite safety expectations.
• Occupied-building coordination, shutdowns, and continuity of service
• Inspection readiness, including current permits and approved drawings onsite
• Documentation of extra work and field conditions before costs accumulate
• Testing, commissioning coordination, as-builts, and closeout
• Support project teams in resolving field coordination, constructability, and scheduling issues.
• Communicate manpower, schedule, productivity, and project risks to Project Managers and leadership.
• Assist with project startup, major milestones, punch-list completion, and closeout.
• Represent Choice Electric professionally with customers, general contractors, inspectors, and trade partners.

Compensation and Benefits
• $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience
