Qualifications

• Bachelor diploma in a relevant field or equivalent.
• More than 3 years of electrical engineering experience in an OEM environment.
• Mechanical and electrical competencies.
• Experience overseeing New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and program PLCs.
• Familiarity with electrical and electronic assemblies.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering specifications.
• Develop and maintain Bills of Materials and electrical drawings.
• Ensure engineering changes are documented and controlled.
• Validate manufacturing quality from vendors for first article production.
• Support the creation of test procedures and manufacturing documentation.
• Coordinate prototype builds and transition them from development to mass production.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues during development and production.
